Shipping Coverage
We ship across Pakistan.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Charges
Flat rate of Rs. 250 applies on all orders, regardless of order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp on your registered number.

Delays
Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj/Umrah season), courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10-15 days due to valid operational reasons. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed after payment verification (COD orders confirmed via call/WhatsApp before dispatch).
